In this role, you will:• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Lead with a strong background in the commercial trade domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Customer Information Database, Engineering Processes, Copilot, Core Trade product like DT, GTE, TL and proven track record in overseeing banking trade transformation projects.• As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and are completed on time and within budget.• As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex software projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.• Leader and advocate of the desired culture, awareness and behavioural changes across the WSIT community required to mature the understanding and management of technology risk controls.• Leader and advocate of the desired culture, awareness and behavioural changes across the WSIT community required to mature the understanding and management of technology risk controls.• Active collaboration with wider Business Teams, product owner and global stakeholder.• Engage the key stakeholders to promote positive behaviour and actively manage risk.• Work closely with Technology to develop and monitor risk remediation program activities and actions to ensure delivery within acceptable timelines.
