We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist..

In this role, you will:

• Have delivery accountability and technology ownership for a trusted source data platform.
• Need to work in partnership with Business stakeholders, Product Owners and cross functional engineering teams globally to deliver engineering initiatives and department objectives through continuous delivery of value & improvement of products, business services and platforms.
• Ensure that we define and deliver against target architecture goals that meet the overall business requirements as well as creating a standard architecture for all trusted data sources within the group.
• Ensure that agile practices are consistently adopted across the team and drive the business and change functions to do this as well.
• Build a diverse and inclusive team which is focused on creating and operating in a psychologically safe environment.
• Empowers the team and does not micromanage team, has clear vision and strategy for the team/department and helps with career development of team.
• Promotes innovation and adoption of new technologies through communities of practices within the unit / department.
• Double hat as collaboration and strategy lead across all data domains within this department, influencing team culture to promote innovation, collaboration, branding, ideation and value creation
