Category-wise Technical Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade applications.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for Java-based applications and systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other team ceremonies.
- Debug, test, and fix bugs and issues as they arise.
- Continuously improve existing codebase and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Java and related technologies.
