Java Developer

Experience (Total & Relevant) : 5 years

Skills Required:

5+ years of hands on experience in Java/J2EE elated technologies

Hands on experience in integrating and working in a Java environment.

Hands on experience in working on multi-threaded, highly available applications.

Hands on experience in working in Core Java, Spring, Spring boot, RESTful web services.

Candidate must have effective communication skills, should be able to work across both Business users and IT teams across regions and have the ability to lead IT deliverables.

Candidate must have an understanding of agile development methodologies and understanding of DevOps practices and tooling.

Proven experience in working within an Agile framework.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Day-to-Day Activity:

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
• Integrating user-facing elements into applications.
• Implementing security and data protection measures.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Conducting system tests and troubleshooting issues.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications in Python or related fields would be advantageous.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
