- Minimum 15 years of experience in software development and 5 years as a Software Architect.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system design.
- Experience in designing and implementing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) like scalability, performance, and security.
- Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) with hands-on experience in cloud services.
- Ability to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines independently.
- Skilled in monolithic to microservices migration strategies.
- Capable of handling high data volumes and designing analytics dashboards using analytical databases.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor while managing and mentoring a team.
- Strong client management skills to gather requirements and present system architectures.
- Experience in building and deploying distributed systems for enterprise-grade applications.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana is an advantage.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to understand the IBM WebSphere and IBM Http server functionalities
