Should be able to read, write and speak Japanese fluently.
Should have experience in handling Japanese customer and Onsite/Offshore co-ordination.
Should be able to translate documents and explain to team or client in Japanese.
Should be able to closely work with Business Analysts, Developers, and should be able to understand the technical terms and translate the same.
Exposure to automotive domain like Manufacturing (especially in IOT) and supply chain will be an added advantage.
