What you’ll do


  • Strong experience in SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM & FRUN and specialization in Application Life Cycle Management
  • Event Management process Set up and maintenance
  • Integration with Service Management tools like Service Now
  • Customization for Charm and ITSM, Solution Document, CCLM
  • Troubleshooting in Root Cause Analysis, SLD Configuration, CCMS, SMD Agent and Wily
  • Provide ideas for Automation and Innovation in areas of Solution Manager, CALM, FRUN
  • Support IT audit activities, analyze results and provide remediation which results in improved compliance to standards and controls for all internal and external regulatory requirements

What you bring


  • The candidate should have 7+ years of experience managing SAP technologies as SolMan Consultant
  • Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Information systems 
  • Experience in Solution Manager, FRUN, Cloud ALM
  • Must have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient understanding of SAP technologies and applications
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites (both in India and other countries)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision 
  • Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines
  • Collaborate with the Customer partners to help in remediation and resolution

Personal Skills:


  • Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to drive Client interactions
  • Good team player and quick learner.
