Person with mindset to boost stability for Finance applications.In Group Finance Service management in Saxo, we are responsible for carrying out support to our Finance business stakeholders in terms of technical data and service issues.You will support and corporate with Dev colleagues, assessing issues related to applications and driving root cause analysis.
Responsibilities
Taking care of support and automation activities for developed applications.
Managing & closing Risks for production application
Handling Technical audits with respect to applications.
Take key initiative which bring stability to application. For e.g. Monitoring through Dashboard or create business specific dashboards.
Technology and Business stakeholder management.
Facilitate root cause analysis and postmortem learnings after major incidents.
Collaborating with DEV's to figure out system improvements (Optimization) and for fixing CRITICAL bugs.
Creating and publishing KPI reports with respect to incident/changes and problem records.
