1. Good Communication Skills
2. Effective in working with Business Users and with Vendors like Microsoft

4. proficient in Managing IAAS and PAAS Sqlserver Databases
5. Efficient in designing Backup and Recovery for cloud DB's and Sqlserver DB's
6. Fixing Application Team Performance issues
