We are looking for an experienced Mendix Developer to join our Hyperautomation team, focusing on factory digitalization. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and optimizing digital solutions that enhance manufacturing processes using Mendix. You will collaborate closely with factory stakeholders to understand their operational needs and develop applications that drive efficiency and innovation. This position requires strong Mendix development skills and excellent communication and requirements analysis abilities to bridge the gap between technology and manufacturing operations. You’ll break new ground by:

• Develop and maintain scalable Mendix applications to support factory digitalization initiatives.
• Work closely with factory stakeholders to understand their processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between Mendix applications and existing factory systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring stable and reliable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT specialists, to optimize digital workflows.
• Follow best practices in Mendix development, security, and performance optimization.
• Continuously explore and propose improvements to digital solutions based on factory needs and technological advancements.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 3+ years of experience in application development, using Mendix.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and the ability to translate requirements into digital solutions.
• Willingness to learn and understand factory-related processes to develop effective digital solutions.
• Experience integrating applications with factory-related systems (e.g., MES, ERP, IoT).
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with factory stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory digitalization projects is a plus.
