Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary: As a ControlM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ControlM environment, ensuring the availability and reliability of production systems. Your typical day will involve performing ControlM administration tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: • Resolve issues and batch scheduling changes in TWS tool • Perform advance scheduling changes in Resources, Triggers, calendars • Handle Long Term Plan activities and permanent schedule changes. • Troubleshoot scheduling issues • Identify & report risks to critical batches to stakeholders • Monitor batch performance Professional & Technical Skills: • Expertise with batch scheduling activities - particularly in TWS tool. Good to have experience with other scheduling tools like TWS/OPC, CA-7, or Control-M • Experience to work with batch management, system monitoring and automation tools • Experienced to support Production environment in 24x7 support model Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ControlM administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.As per Accenture Standard
