Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and risk management. Your typical day will involve providing operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available, utilizing your expertise in Service Desk Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. - Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. - Utilize your expertise in Service Desk Management to provide technical support and guidance to clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Primary Skill: Expertise in Service Desk Management. - Experience in IT production systems and services. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Delivery and Service Desk Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology Operations, Computer Science, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.Bachelors degree
