Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. You will provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality IT production systems and services.
- Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle.
- Manage risk to services and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components and their interdependencies.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
