What will you be doing?


  • You will be capable of IT Metrics Achievement: achieve IT metrics and SLAs for delivered solutions & services. Service Delivery: achieve budget, schedule, and quality objectives for delivery.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: achieve high collaborator satisfaction. Landscape Leverage: attain high leverage of technology assets & continually simplify IT landscape.
  • SOX Audits : Achieve zero findings in the yearly process with S+N auditors. These include specific internal & external relations, product focus (if any), regulatory requirements, etc.
  • Responsible for delivering IT services to Global Supply Chain throughout the service lifecycle within the agreed levels. Identify service vendors, establish services and handle vendor performance. Develop a third party resource augmentation strategy to optimize performance while minimizing costs.
  • Lead the maintenance of Supply Chain applications availability, reliability, maintainability, serviceability & continuity requirements against the cost rationalised service and operating level agreements for the service. Plan, direct and coordinate the efforts of suppliers’ operations teams to lead and maintain BAU service.
  • Be responsible for the general health of the live service required to meet business requirements. Implementation and alignment to, security standards (security strategy set by Security Architecture). Implementation of, and consistency to, SOX standards.
  • Ensure ongoing architectural integrity of the service throughout its lifecycle. Ensure that all IT Service Management processes, Service Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level targets.
  • Plan, Lead and deliver project and enhancement delivery in an agile manner to remove risks associated to End of Life and security as well as smaller non-ERP maintenance projects.
  • Lead the delivery execution of projects to achieve scope, schedule, financial, & quality commitments thru operating a metrics-based management system, ensuring consistency to principles and standards in the solution lifecycle management process.
  • Collaborate and demonstrate IT competency centres and shared services. Ensure the project success metrics are met.
  • Effective collaborator communication and management, ensuring alignment and happiness. Timely delivery of project breakthroughs and final work within budget. Continuous improvement and adoption of standard processes in project management.

What will you need to be successful?


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
  • Certification/Licenses: Training/certification in ITIL, Agile.
  • Operating Mode: Hybrid: Work from office: 2 days in a week.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+years of IT work experience, with at least 5 years of service and delivery management experience in global and complex environments. Worked in a regulated business, preferably GxP and SOX compliance.
  • Experience in IT delivery and Service management in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, critical issue procedures and related disciplines.
  • Strategic rationalization, migration, and elimination of applications in the software design lifecycle.
  • Strong record of supporting complex Global Supply Chain systems preferably in the life science sector. Demonstrable understanding of ITIL disciplines. Experience of handling 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services.
  • Experience in leading IT for multiple sites, in multiple geographic areas. Any of the ITSM Frameworks.
  • Track activities and project progress. Lead external specialists and supervise sub-contractors’ services, project scope. Ability to operate efficiently in a global multi-cultural environment and drive harmonization and standardization. Support the organization on Continuous Improvement opportunities and standard process's development.
  • Analyses, designs, plans, implements and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets. Analysis needs and advises on scope and options for continuous operational improvement.
  • Demonstrates creativity, innovation and ethical thinking in applying solutions for the benefit of the customer/partner.
  • Proficient in building collaborative teams, maintain calm and focus under pressure and instil that ability in others, and be effective communicators.
