Job Description
As SAP Development Manager, you have the role of ensuring the delivery of all developments on time with high quality and good documentation. At the same time, you will also manage upwards and deliver KPIs and accompanying insights.
Technologically you will be expected to work in the following domains:
- SAP S/4
- ABAP
- CDS
- Fiori (XML, HTML, JavaScript, cloud connector, cloud cockpit, GitLab, CAP Cloud Application Programming)
- SAP BTP
- BW
- SAP Security
Timewise you will be expected to work on
- Production Support; managing incidents and requests involving development.
- Project work; managing on average four rollouts simultaneously.
- Continuous improvement: improving the way developers work by
- Increasing velocity
- Reducing incidents in production
- Improving documentation
- Reducing technical debts that we incur during the projects.
- KPI production and analysis
- Contribute to the Design Phase by contributing to designs and estimates.
- Providing development resources to analyze incidents and solve new requests.
- Guide them through the SAP change process with SNOW, Jira, and Solution Manager
IT Skills
- [Must] 8+ years’ experience in ABAP
- [Must] Experienced in one or several modules of SAP: FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/PM/QM
- [Plus] Experienced with API & IDOC
- [Plus] Experienced with SAP AIF
- [Plus] Experienced with SAP BRF+
- [Plus] Experienced with SAP BTP, SAC, DataSphere
- [Plus] Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
- [Plus] Experienced with SAP BRF+
Soft Skills
- [Must] The ability to work with multiple teams
- [Must] The ability to learn fast and adapt to new solutions
- [Must] Critical Thinking
- [Must] Management level communication skills (Analyze, Summarize, Convey)
- [Must] Handle many medium and long term tasks.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in a related field
- [Must] 10+ proven experience in IT project
- [Must] Experience with SAP Development
- [Must] Experience with SAP Development management
- [Plus] International multi-cultural environment
- [Plus] Experience working in a large IT company
