As the IT Project Manager, PMO Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding our IT team, ensuring efficient implementation of Agile methodologies, and driving continuous improvement. With a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and SCRUM methodologies, you will lead multiple IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities:
- Define and establish agile framework, processes, and methodologies to be followed by the project team.
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile and Scrum within the product development team, ensuring adherence to established processes, ceremonies, and standard methodologies.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in defining product backlog, refining user-stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks, ensuring clarity and accuracy for the development team.
- Generate comprehensive and data-driven reports on sprint status, providing clear insight into the team's progress, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
- Track and analyze sprint metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to optimize team performance.
- Lead core PMO support activities such as project governance and project prioritization.
- Collaborate with the Regional PMO team to ensure project governance and compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.
- Prepare for and participate in Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, highlighting project performance and suggesting improvements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, PMO Lead, responsible for complex IT projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or any equivalent IT field.
- PMP or Agile certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and associated methodologies.
- Proficiency in generating data-driven reports and using project management tools/software such as JIRA and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
