As a Product Manager you will be accountable for product(s) vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end product lifecycle. You will promote a strong focus on Product Management including networked, agile ways of working and role model business partnering closely collaborating with stakeholders, Domain Leads and Product Line Leads to shape the digital strategy, roadmaps and portfolios and co-create solutions to maximize the value delivered by the agile teams within your product(s) area.
You’ll be working within the Group Processes Domain and Cross-functional Finance Product Line. Finance is transforming into a more agile organization focusing on activities that create sustainable value for Roche.
Within the Cross-functional Finance Product Line - you will support the delivery of harmonized business solutions for Commercial Finance, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Finance, Treasury and Fixed Assets/CAPEX . It will ensure transparency of operating costs by focusing on adding value, standardizing & automating processes and balancing internal execution efforts aligned to the finance ambitions and strategic framework.
Commercial Finance comprised of the below coverage which the product complements the commercial solution landscape to correctly & compliantly manage Financials related to sales transactions & selling business models: Accounts Receivable / Revenue Recognition / Credit, Dispute & Collection Management / Integrated Finance (Inter Company business services)
Understand the customer and business needs and closely partner with Global Business Process Owner and Managers stakeholders to understand the customer and business needs to develop the strategic direction of the IT product roadmap and shape the digital roadmap and portfolio
Drive co-creation of IT product vision and strategy, including contribution to the development and implementation of cross Products and Product Line strategies
Deliver the IT product roadmap and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle together with our ASPIRE program teams (ASPIRE is a Business Transformation Program in establishing our Roche Digital Core solutions ),
Integration points like credit and collection management, revenue recognition, and finance solutions to reconcile incoming cash against open invoices/credit notes.
Optimizes cash inflow from third parties and intercompany business services, working alongside commercial processes that utilize SAP CwP Platform, SAP S/4, and SAP BTP.
10+ years of leadership experience and related product-centric knowledge especially in the areas of SAP Commercial Finance solutions (with SAP Revenue Recognition experience preferable) and strong SAP FICO background
In-depth knowledge of solution technologies such as SAP FICO, FSCM, and the EBS Workbench is essential, along with SAP landscape integration and the ITSM framework for support models.
IT market focus: you are passionate about major trends for the specific discipline
Demonstrates an executive presence, strong business acumen, ability to navigate ambiguity
Exhibits ability to manage and account for large product budgets
Deep knowledge and experiences in IT lifecycle management (Request/Change/Test/Incident/Knowledge Management) and familiar with End to End IT delivery (vendor and services)
