Job Responsibilities
• Deeply involve in the full - life - cycle management of IT system products, from demand research and design planning to continuous optimization after launch, to ensure that products meet business needs and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with business departments, sort out business processes, identify business pain points, transform them into functional requirements for IT system products, and form detailed requirement documents.
• Conduct competitive analysis of IT system products, study the functional features and advantages of leading products in the industry, and provide strategic suggestions for the differentiated development of our own products.
• Work together with the R&D team, participate in product design reviews, and put forward professional opinions from the perspectives of business logic and user experience to ensure the rationality and usability of product design.
• Follow up the product development progress, promptly solve problems such as demand changes and business logic doubts during the development process, and ensure the on - time and high - quality delivery of products.
• Be responsible for collecting and analyzing user feedback after product launch, propose product iteration and optimization plans according to user needs and business changes, and promote the implementation of these plans.
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to computer science, software engineering, information management, etc.
• 3-7 years or more of work experience in IT system product analysis, product management, or related fields.
• Have solid business process mapping skills and be able to proficiently use tools such as flowcharts and mind maps to clearly express business processes and requirements.
• Be familiar with the IT system development process, understand common software development technologies and architectures, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the R&D team.
• Possess excellent document - writing skills and be able to independently complete high - quality requirement specifications, product design documents, etc.
• Familiar with SAP related products.
• Have good communication and coordination skills and team - work spirit, and be able to establish effective communication channels with personnel from different departments to promote the smooth progress of projects.
