Project Planning and Organization:


  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, objectives, and goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and action plans.
  • Coordinate project kick-off and team meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and involved.

Project Execution:


  • Monitor project progress, track and report on key milestones, and ensure project activities are executed according to plan.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.
  • Coordinate and support project team members in their activities to ensure the project is progressing as planned.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and risks to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to enhance project execution and success.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports.
  • Prepare and distribute periodic project status reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Contribute to the development of project checklists, templates, and best practices to improve project management processes.
