Job Description:
Customer Services Digital Solutions is responsible for the
delivery of Digital Solutions on Customer Services perimeter, internally for teams within
Customer Services and externally to airlines, MROs and lessors.
You will join the Airbus (DCSB) organization in charge of the Airline Services & Support . The
mission of the PSL is to deliver innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation and
efficient operations for customer services.
We are looking for a Technical IT Operational Specialist (with IT Background).
The role of this position is to DCSB application development teams, by preparing the relevant
environment(s), setting up DevOps, deploying components, means and applications, thus
enabling readiness of the Growth & Innovation applications.
You will have the responsibility to:
● Your main mission will be to support Customer Services Applications
● Understanding the Business Process used in Customer Services Domain.
● Deploying highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored solutions
● Developing, updating and using CI/CD pipeline to allow fully automated deployment of
applications across all environments from Development, Q&A and Production
● Integrating Dev, Test, UAT and Prod environments for continuous integration and
delivery.
● Integrating security and code quality checking tools like SonarQube, CheckMarx in CI/CD
pipelines.
● Collaborating with different teams(as required) and incident resolution.
● Be in charge of managing services now resolver groups
● Perform server patch, license renewal, certificate management kind of activities to
comply with security and compliance.
● Ensuring constant & efficient communication with business team & supplier.
● Managing problem resolution and managing crisis or outage.
● Be accountable for KPI construction, monitoring & alerting
● Be accountable for the application availability
● Propose improvement axes
● Ensuring the provision of new software packages and upgrades as required.
● Respond to and resolve system failures and performance issues.
● Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and
action items.
● Actively drive issue resolution and closely monitor its progress.
● Prepare design documents and other technical documentation to support the business
application.
You will have a strong collaboration with the Business Team, the MIS provider and the product
team members in Europe and India.

● Academic degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
● Experience in
○ 3 to 5 Years experience as Technical IT Operations Specialist
○ Self-learner - IT Operations Specialist is expected to explore and learn Business
processes, system and architectural designs as required
○ Knowledge in the Aviation Domain is a plus.
● Primary Skills
○ Operating system experience should include Windows and Linux
○ In-depth knowledge of IT and computer science principles
○ Strong experience with Cloud platform AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB,
RDS, API Gateway, Cloud Watch, Cloudformation, Cognito, EKS, ...), Openshift
○ Ability to implement DevOps Methodology.
○ Proven track record as cloud-ready application developer, acting across the
entire development lifecycle.
○ Strong coding abilities in any one of the scripting languages like shell scripting,
yaml/json scripting, python, etc.
○ Strong experience in deploying (Blue/Green deployment) applications in various
OS.
○ Strong experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery plan.
○ Experience of server-side development, database design (SQL and NoSQL)
○ Experience in various authentication protocols like SAML, Open ID; knowledge
on Access Token
○ Analytical and critical thinking
○ Strong written and verbal communication skills
● SOFT SKILL:
○ Strong documentation skills.
○ Own, be accountable and Autonomous to tasks and collaborate with different
Teams and stakeholders
○ Strong English communication (Written & Verbal) and presentation skills
○ Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
○ Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language with Global teams
○ Excellent stakeholder management
○ Good in dealing with cross cultural business stakeholder (Across the world)
● Secondary Skills
○ Knowledge on either of the tools ServiceNow,Jira,Monitoring Tools.
○ Experience in designing and implementing APIs, RESTful, GraphQL,
Web-services
○ Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
