1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management
Oversee the health, performance, and security of all systems and hardware.
Manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and internet uptime across branches.
Ensure robust disaster recovery and data integrity processes.
2. Access Control & Role Assignments
Define and manage user roles, access permissions, and secure login protocols.
Implement onboarding/offboarding processes from an IT standpoint.
3. Multi-Branch IT Operations
Ensure consistent infrastructure across retail outlets and support locations.
Lead resolution of critical issues in coordination with internal IT teams.
4. Technical Support Oversight
Supervise IT team performance, ticketing, and troubleshooting protocols.
Set SLAs and escalation workflows for hardware or system issues.
5. Vendor & Asset Management
Coordinate procurement, AMC, and vendor relations for IT hardware.
Maintain updated asset inventories and optimize IT resource utilization.
6. Security, Compliance & Backups
Implement cybersecurity frameworks including firewalls, antivirus, and encryption.
Monitor policy compliance, regulatory adherence, and backup systems.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in managing distributed networks, multi-location setups, and internal IT teams.
Prior exposure to IT operations in retail or customer-facing environments is a plus.
Strong team leadership and coordination skills.
