- Strong understanding of IT production systems and services.
- Experience in incident, issue, and outage management.

- Familiarity with ITIL framework.
- Understanding of IT security and compliance.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
