Overview: As a member of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Global Customer Engagement (GCE) Engagement Excellence team (EET), you will be responsible for driving and leading strategic projects and programs that would impact the wider ECS organization as a part of the Strategic Program Management unit within EET, to ensure seamless execution of all initiatives that are aligned with organizational objectives. 


What you’ll do:


  1. Project Coordination: Facilitate the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Engagement Excellence Team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved within established timelines.
  2. Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive insights that promote strategic decision-making. Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  3. Information Management: Assist in the development and implementation of information management strategies, including data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data lifecycle management processes.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
  5. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of information collected and reported. Implement corrective measures as needed to address any discrepancies or issues.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and foster collaboration. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote buy-in and support for project initiatives.
  7. Enablement & Communication: Proactively communicate changes and updates to the entire team and relevant stakeholders while also supporting other teams. Plan and drive enablement sessions to ensure project-related changes are leveraged by all impacted teams efficiently.

Qualifications:


  • Experience and knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services business.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of information management principles, including data governance & data quality management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Global Customer Engagement (GCE) - GCE’s purpose is tobe the lighthouse for all customer facing roles at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and to ensure excellence for our customer engagements at scale with increasing efficiencies. We enhance the customer engagement by focusing on optimizing the overall delivery engagement, with holistic coverage of all customer-facing units under one umbrella and in order to ensure scale and efficiencies at doing that, the GCE unit has been introduced.
