What you'll do:

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who is well versed in delivering consistent, high-quality results to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team. You will oversee our teams activities, coordinating the essential functions required to manage our workflows to achieve team goals. Your primary duties include overseeing administrative employees, implementing communications procedures between departments and developing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency throughout the business.  This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a good understanding of IT management and business operations.

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a range of activities such as:

• Ensuring all team operations run smoothly, optimized and documented to high standards
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.
• Develop, measure and maintain operational KPI’s
• Create processes to better optimize our workflows
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IT Standards
• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Identify improvement opportunities and work across teams to implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee Team budget planning, including cost forecasting and tracking
• Ability to own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, process improvements.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT operations, project management or similar role
• Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
• Ability to coordinate delivery and projects as a team lead in a heterogeneously environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills and ability to influence-cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English.
