Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Client Delivery Manager for one of our strategic customer accounts.
The Role:
As a Junior Client Delivery Manager, you are supporting the Head of Client Delivery Engagement (for Enterprise Cloud Services Nestle) in the following areas: plan, prepare and follow-up meetings with customer and internal teams, prepare internal and external communication, take over project management tasks for special projects,
create weekly/monthly service delivery reports and analysis.
YOUR PROFILE :
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
• Strongly focused on quality, customer success and driven by results
• Ability to work highly organized and effectively in international and virtual teams
• Experience in managing small to medium sized projects
• Experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting status reports and meetings
• Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way
• Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge / certification in IT processes are a benefit
• Willingness to travel

Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is part of the Product Engineering board area and consists of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) and Cloud Application Services (CAS). As private cloud managed services provider, Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery is offering a key aspect in the intelligent business transformation journey of our customers.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
One of SAP’s strategic customers has conducted a transformation program, part of which is to consume their entire SAP landscape as enhanced private cloud model provided by SAP with more than 80 productive systems and several of the largest HANA-based systems. To provide the right level of service, a dedicated team has been set up within Enterprise Cloud Services to work for this strategic client. The goal of this team is to operate the entire customer SAP landscape and drive innovation adoption as the customer is at the start of a large-scale S/4HANA transition program.
