IT Business Analyst/Product Owner - Banking Domain - C11 - PUNE

The IT Business Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog including user stories and EPICs.
• Effective communication skills and can articulate the client requirements into user stories.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and lead the Sprint planning and Backlog refinement for a team.
• Strong documentation skills and proficient in JIRA .
• Desired: Knowledge of Compliance

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner.
• Technical Skills / Knowledge : JIRA , Documentation tools
• Soft Skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
