Role details:

• Title / Designation: Consultant – IT Audit
• Reporting Manager: Partner
• Location: Mumbai (Hybrid - Office once a week)

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of IT systems, networks, and applications to assess their security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate IT policies, procedures, and controls to identify weaknesses, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Perform risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Analyse audit findings and data to develop recommendations for mitigating risks and improving IT processes and controls.
• Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement corrective actions and remediation plans.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IT security and compliance.

Candidate requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in Front-end IT Audit
• Strong expertise in ITAC (IT Application Controls) and ITGC (IT General Controls).
• Hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle.
• Prior experience in India practice with a client-facing role is required.
• Certifications – CISA or DISA certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex IT environments.
