IT Application Analyst (ERP)

My Client is a Software Product Organisation dealing in environmental solutions, Loking to hire a passionate candidate for IT applications (ERP).

Key Specifications :

Locations : Remote

Shift :2.00PM to 11.00PM 

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Audit system data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Educate end users on new applications and enhancements.
• Develop training documentation and host training sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess application usage and improvements.
• Configure enterprise applications and troubleshoot bugs/issues.
• Perform regular audits to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage user support requests and prioritize your ticket queue.
• Develop dashboards and reports for greater data visibility.
• Administer system release calendars, distribute release notes, and manage documentation via MS Teams.
• Monitor system performance and address incidents efficiently.

Desired Profile :

• Graduate with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in ERP Applications..
• Should be hands-on in ERP or database applications (NetSuite, OpenAir, Concur, Boomi).
• Should have 3 years of experience in analysis and data management.
• Proficient in using Power BI is must.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good Communication with experience in all the above.
