Lead our SNS partner community and increase partner satisfaction while focusing on long term profitable business, reliability and trustworthy Partnership, Mumbai based.Achieve sales target QoQknowledge of territory and partners is a mustWeekly forecasting and reporting of Sell ThruLocal knowledge of territory and partners is a mustFair knowledge of servers/ storage is desirablePartner CxO engagement – Development, investments, escalations etcAt least 10+ years of channel experience in the marketAny GraduateAssess capabilities and ensure that all certification criteria are metSet growth targets, establish support structure and review and control achievementDrive GTM consistency and govern the partner engagement model including program structureDevelop existing partners to ensure highest customer satisfactionAttract new partners, especially for new products Solutions portfolioResponsible for partner certification, training and all channel programsEncourages Co-Marketing ActivitiesManaging Large ISG partnersAchieving and exceeding sales targetsTraining T3 partners on Lenovo ISG products portfolio including hardware, services and SoftwareManaging partner breadth across the regionWorking along with the T1 team on inventory planning and managementGiving timely feedback to the Product and HQ team on competitionDriving the extended Lenovo sales team + Partner team to deliver on numbers and channel breadth
