Could you be the full-time Contract Manager in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive contract management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside resourceful, culturally attuned, and ethically driven teammates.
You'll manage and record contract documentation, developing best-in-class performance standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Finance, IT), negotiate contract changes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing contract terms and conditions, creating obligations trackers, and coordinating commercial audits, but also organize contract performance reviews.
We’ll look to you for:
Recording and maintaining contracts in a central repository
Organizing and partly conducting contract education sessions
Coordinating and documenting corrective actions and disputes
Tracking invoices and payments
Negotiating contract changes and renewals in collaboration with the Procurement department
Providing proactive advice on contract management activities and risks
Performing Contract Management reporting

Master’s degree in business administration, management, finance, computer science, or legal
9+years Experience or understanding of Contract / Claim Management
Knowledge of IT and procurement processes, and business case analysis
Familiarity with multicultural management and international/cross-cultural environments
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Resourcefulness and initiative in anticipating and preparing for upcoming challenges
