International Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as an International Real Estate Acquisition Specialist. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and purchasing properties across various global markets. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of international real estate trends, be highly motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting: Company’s CEO (Will be a part of CEO Cell | Business Excellence Team)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on international real estate markets.
  
• Analyze market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Identify potential properties that align with investment criteria and objectives.
  

Property Evaluation and Due Diligence

Evaluate properties based on financial feasibility, market potential, and risk assessment.

Perform due diligence including legal, financial, and technical aspects of properties.

Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. 

• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with property owners and agents.
  
• Secure favorable terms and pricing for property acquisitions.
• Manage the acquisition process from initial offer to closing.
  

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and industry professionals.
  
• Collaborate with international partners and stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
  

• Prepare detailed reports, financial analyses, and investment summaries.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and correspondence.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Proven experience in real estate acquisition, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate analysis software.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
