As a Project Manager within our dynamic team, you will be involved in a variety of projects, providing support for different initiatives and any associated business transformation projects. Your role may span across the entire project lifecycle, from researching new projects to implementing business process changes, configuration changes, and system modifications. In collaboration with Business, Operations, and Technology counterparts, you will contribute to project deliverables. Your primary responsibilities will include eliciting project or initiative requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
