Responsible for effectively managing the administrative activities for the unit
Roles & Responsibilities
Provision and management of utilities and services for the unit including Transportation , Accommodations, Uniform , Security, Hygience & Safety etc .
Managing the Induction and Orientation of new joinee in non management including employment visa and travel arrangement
Managing the exit formalities and processing the full and final and repatriation in consonance with company policies.
Issue /Renewal of Visa /Occupational Heath Card/Port Gate Pass/Emirates ID on time and in line with UAE Labour Laws.
Processing applications with respect to Loan /Salary Advance/Leave/Medical for the worker.
Managing the supply of Contract labour as per daily production plan.
Evaluation of existing vendors and Indentifying and proposing potential vendors on the basis of cost , legal compliance and service levels.
To develop and maintain workers HRIS and use these for non management employee decisions at the Business Unit.

Work experience requirement
2-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing
Minimum 2 years as functional lead
Qualification
Bachelors Degree / MBA (HR)/Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science
