As Intern in our Restructuring practice, you’ll specialize in advising middle-market companies in sell side, buyside, and capital raising transactions. You will develop deep industry expertise and a knack for superior deal execution. 

Come aboard and become a key player in supporting our clients through the most important transactions of their careers! 

Navigating Responsibilities:

• Performingin-depthresearchand data analysis
• To collate information and assist in the preparation of reports.
• To take ownership of work assignments and manage workload.
• To keep line managers appraised on progress.
• To assist and support other members of the team as required.
• To take an active part in the firm and demonstrate a “can do” approach.

  The IdealCandidate:

• Demonstrated track record of superior academic and work performance (if applicable); demonstrated commitment to outstanding results
• Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management (with a concentration in Finance) from an accredited college or university
• Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to master new tasks quickly
• Dedication to teamwork and strong personal integrity
• Comfort in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
• Basic knowledge of French language will be an added advantage
