The Opportunity
Commvault is looking for a talented, motivated, and passionate HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team! If you're looking for hands-on experience in the HR field and want to learn from industry professionals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What you will do
• Work on initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
• Assist in organizing team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Learn and actively contribute to maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support HRBPs with people processes, creating HR strategies and initiatives, aligning with overall business strategy.
• Prepared a range of written communications, documents, and reports.
• Assist the HRBP team with day-to-day tasks while contributing to strategic initiatives.

PG In HR 2024-2025 batch
Strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
