Are you a data enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Do you want to make a significant impact during your internship? We are seeking a proactive and innovative Intern in Commercial Excellence to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on transforming data into insightful visualizations, giving to our data-driven decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Data Source Identification and Connection:

• Identify relevant data sources to support our projects.
• Define the scope of projects effectively.
• Determine vital data to achieve project goals.

2) Data Quality Check:

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness for Tableau projects.

3) Data Preparation and ETL Process:

• Implement extraction processes to collect all relevant data, including historical data.

4) Analyze Existing Reports:

• Analyze and review existing reports for insights and improvements.

5) User Feedback Collection:

• Collect and assess user feedback on reports/tools.
• Identify problems and define current and future requirements of users.

6) Dashboard Wireframe:

• Determine specific KPIs and metrics for dashboards.
• Clearly define the purpose of dashboards before wireframing.
• Identify key metrics and insights to meet user needs.

7) Craft the Visualization:

• Participate in and lead design thinking workshops.
• Articulate and align ideas with team objectives.
• Define final outcomes based on team alignment.

8) Implementation:

• Design and build reports with all vital metrics in place.

9) Speed Optimization:

• Optimize the speed and efficiency of crafted tools.

10) Test and Training:

• Test prototypes and capture feedback from users.
• Contribute to user manual preparation.
• Train team members and increase user base engagement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of data quality checks and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to capture and analyze user feedback.
• Familiarity with dashboard wireframing and visualization design.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.
