Job Context:
Honeywell Fire
and Security India is looking for a Finance Intern to work closely with
Business and Finance leadership. This position will play a key supportrole to Finance Team in providing overall insight into Financial& Business performance.
Specifically, the
successful candidate will be responsible for FP&A, MIS Matters of BA
business of India ensuring robust
analysis and overview to Mgmt on Financials performance on a weekly / monthly
and quarterly basis. The role will support the overall STRAP /
AOP process and ensure that solid midterm and short range outlooks are providedwith robust and clear KPI’s to assess business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Support in weekly / monthly analysis of all major business KPI’s from an overall LOB / SBU perspective incl. all P&L / WC and Cash metrics with in depth analysis on major variance drivers in a standard and robust format.
Support and coordinate the STRAP / AOP process from a Financial perspective in close partnership with the business & ISC
Support in Developing and enable strong and robust estimating process for midterm (3+9 / 5+7/ 8+4) and for quarterly Short Range Outlooks & Summary of Risks & Opportunities (SRO) by close partnership with the business.
Coordinate and support on Finance aspect of Capex process in partnership with Pole / Global Finance
Ensure compliance with all corporate statutory laws, US GAAP and Honeywell Accounting Policies
Partner Special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
CA Student Eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI.
Hands on experience on SAP
Working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliance
Previous commercial site FP&A experience preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent influencing skills
Excellent knowledge of all key Financial processes.
Systems skills with SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft office products and database applications.
Strong process improvement and implementation track record.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Independent and assertive.
Self-motivated, with an ability to contribute individually (work with minimal supervision) together with being a strong team player.
