Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in space planning, project management, and execution, particularly within the healthcare industry. This role demands artistic ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in modern design tools to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors.

• Develop creative design concepts and space planning solutions that meet client needs and adhere to project specifications.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and project timelines.
  
• Create detailed plans, layouts, and drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design tools.
  
• Select and source materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes, ensuring functionality and design harmony.
  
• Oversee project execution, including installations, to ensure the design vision is realized on time and within budget.
  
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution.
  
• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients effectively and professionally.
  
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation into projects.
  

• Proven working experience in interior space planning and project management, especially in the healthcare sector.
  
• Strong expertise in layout planning, color theory, lighting design, material selection, and custom furniture design.
  
• Hands-on experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and other tools.
  
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating previous interior design projects.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of artistic vision and creativity.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and team collaborations.
  
• Strong project and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
