We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Interest Rate Transfer Pricing –IRRBB, Vice President.

Principal responsibilities

• Ensuring focus on strategic delivery for Markets Treasury Management and managing the delivery of regional and global strategy.
• Operations: Developing and managing the implementation of Markets Treasury operational plans and priorities, to manage delivery of the agreed strategy.
• Commercial: Focus on delivering strong commercial goals recognising the impact of ITP on the client businesses at regional and global level; contributing to strategic plans and supporting teams to achieve them.
• Delivery: Managing ITP transformation activities in order to achieve specified standards, results and outputs.
• Provide specialist knowledge and ensure teams have the appropriate technical and product linked skills and resources.
• Manage to ensure that all Markets Treasury procedures are adhered to and refined and ensure that strong working relationships are developed and maintained with all other Business Support and functional teams.
• Liaise with all regulatory parties internal and external as required.
• Ensuring the business operates using accepted global and local standards, processes and principles
• Ensure all Transformation team members are credible professionals in order to deliver appropriate and sustainable outcomes from and for customers.
