As Intercompany Center of Excellence (CoE) Operations Lead within our Intercompany Financial Management team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations related to intercompany transactions and processes. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of intercompany service bookings, manual product flow entries, payment management, and invoice handling. Additionally, the Intercompany CoE Operations Manager will contribute to external audits and ensure compliance with global tax regulations, playing a key role in financial reporting and reconciliation processes such as GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt).

Main responsibilities:
- Booking of Intercompany Services:
- Oversee and manage the accurate booking of intercompany services in the financial systems, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting standards.
- Collaborate with IFSA, HFOs and Finance Performance teams across regions to ensure all service transactions are accurately captured and recorded.
- Manual Intercompany Product Flow:
- Manage the manual booking of intercompany product flows, ensuring that transactions related to the movement of goods between entities are correctly recorded.
- Coordinate with Customer Services teams to track and reconcile intercompany product movements and ensure they align with financial entries.
- Payment Management & Cash Application:
- Lead payment management activities, including the application of cash receipts to the appropriate intercompany accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate clearing of transitory accounts, reconciling any discrepancies in payments and ensuring cash is applied correctly.
- Collaborate with treasury and finance teams to optimize cash flow processes and ensure smooth settlement of intercompany balances.
- Missing Invoice Management:
- Oversee the resolution of missing invoices related to intercompany product flows, ensuring that all transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
- Work with Customer Services teams to address any delays or discrepancies in invoicing and follow up on unresolved issues to prevent impact on month-end close.
- Manages the contract of external provider and related quality of services for Account Payable postings and related payments on time.
- GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) Reconciliation:
- Perform GRIR reconciliation to ensure that goods received are matched to the corresponding invoices and that any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- Collaborate with the Customer Services team to maintain accurate records of inventory and intercompany transactions.
- External and Tax Audits:
- Contribute to external and tax audits by providing detailed documentation and analysis of intercompany transactions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to intercompany processes, including transfer pricing and other regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and accurate reporting.
About you
- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong focus on intercompany processes and global operations.
- Proven experience with intercompany bookings, payment management, and reconciliations in a multinational organization.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) is required, along with strong knowledge of intercompany accounting practices.
- Soft and technical skills:
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting principles and payment management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to manage and resolve intercompany discrepancies and missing documentation in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with the ability to manage large data sets and ensure compliance with global accounting standards.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, driving operational efficiency.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborative and communicative, able to engage with stakeholders across regions.

- Good accounting technical skills.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English mandatory and other European languages are desirable.
