Intelligent Automation - Associate

As an Intelligent Automation  - Associate in our MIS and Platforms team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Process Automation using automation tools, workflow systems, AI/ML and other technologies
• Analyze business process, Identify Process Automation opportunities and recommend technical approach.
• Identify key data sources that can make business impacts. 
• Scope, prioritize and co-ordinate activities with the product owners. Partner with product teams to identify strategic solutions.
• Design and develop data mining queries from large data sets (Both Structured and Unstructured)
• Proficiently utilize visualization tools
• Employs scalable automation solutions for faster and robust data preparation

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Self-starter, attention to details and results orientated, able to work under minimal guidance.
• Strong proficiency of Intelligent Process Automation concepts and Business Intelligence 
• Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
• Experienced on Automation tools like UI Path, Alteryx 
• Experience dealing with large structured and unstructured data . 
• Bachelor’s Degree in, Data science Computer Science, or Engineering.  Different field of study, with significant professional experience in Automation and Analytics is acceptable. 
• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Data/Process related Automation 
• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Exposure to ETL tools like SSIS.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for deployment is a plus
• Preferred data querying skills on  SQL  (Snowflake, Databricks,S3 oriented file objects) and  Python 
• Experience in  model development using Machine Learning techniques [Data Analysis /Model Tuning/OCR Document process] and LLM is a plus.
