Our Client Services team is a turbo-charged force! We handle client services and partner integrations with lightning speed. From resolving inquiries to offering technical help through calls and meetings, we're your go-to heroes. Make an Impact
/ The role:


As an Integrations Engineer for our APAC region, you will be a part of an international team and be based in Bengaluru. You will work closely with several teams such as Account Management, Product and Tech teams. You will be in charge of the integration and maintenance of all Adjust Partners globally, and supporting the team with operational anti-fraud topics. Your goal is to provide technical support to our teams, to solve any kind of technical challenges of our partners and clients and to ensure that all our clients get the best possible support in their continuous fight against fraudulent players in the industry.


Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:


  • Integrate new partners as well as maintain/update existing integrations
  • Provide solutions to integration problems and keep all partners’ integration updated
  • Evaluate, research and communicate fraud requests from our clients and partners
  • Deep dive into statistical and line-item based anti-fraud analysis, discovering the culprits and methodology behind the fraud
  • Support and educate internal stakeholders and clients & partners with technical integration expertise about fraud related developments in the industry

 


Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications:


  • Good knowledge of the tech and mobile industry
  • Experience with Linux, Terminal and Bash commands
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, high attention to details, interest in complex statistics and math based problems in large data sets
  • Hands-on skills of large data analysis, such as bash, shell, SQL, python, perl, R, etc
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex issues in a simple and understandable way
  • Curiosity and deep interest in mobile advertising industry and anti-fraud methodology
  • Fluent English communication is required
