Department OverviewThe Unified Communications team has a mission to become the leader in creating a highly scalable software platform and communication applications for first responders and industrial workgroups. Our customers rely on these solutions to run their critical business operations in the public safety, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. The products include client apps on Android, iOS, and Windows. Our software is deloyed on customers hardware and you will be part of a team that is responsible for the integration of wave radio gateway with Mototrbo systems. In this role you will also be working on onboarding SmartMessage and API features.
Job Description

Performing system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Integrate, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation.



Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar is preferred.


  • Familiarity with Windows, ESXi, ILO and UNIX systems (e.g. CentOS, RedHat) and command line system administration such as Bash, VIM, SSH.


  • Network routing, Load balancing and Networking protocols, a base knowledge of TCP/IP, with an understanding of HTTP and DNS


  • Working knowledge with database and skills like SQL query language.


  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.


  • Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.


  • Knowledge on any one of the public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and architectures like Microservices.
