Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including transactional data, customer databases, and marketing campaigns. 
  2. Lead performance reporting and analysis initiatives, providing insights into company-wide sales and margin performance across different brands and sectors. 
  3. Develop reports using tools such as Databricks, Excel, and PowerPoint to visualize key performance metrics and trends. 
  4. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer trends, product analytics, segmentation, persona, and basket analysis to uncover actionable insights. 
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. 
  6. Drive continuous improvement in data quality, accuracy, and reporting processes to enhance decision-making capabilities. 
  7. Present findings and insights to senior leadership, in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, focusing on the narrative behind the data. 
  8. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
