Your role:
Insights and Analytics
Develop and execute analytics plans to support IGT key performance metrics and forward-looking business management.
Maintain and enhance existing IGT analytics processes and review cadence.
Deliver insights on market trends, customer behaviour, and performance metrics to influence short-term operational decisions and strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across regions.
Growth Region Scope and Zone Collaboration
Coordinate analytics initiatives across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local market needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics between Zone teams, Growth Region IGT Leadership, and external research partners (Where applicable).
Provide actionable insights to inform the Growth Region marketing and sales planning process.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved profitability.
Lead customer segmentation projects to optimize targeting strategies and enhance customer lifetime value.
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with senior IGT stakeholders to align analytics priorities with business strategy.
Present findings and recommendations to IGT leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
Partner with MI&A Growth Region Analytics team and MI&A CoE teams to ensure the availability of high-quality data and analytics tools.
You're the right fit if:
University degree (Master degree) and 13+ years of of related experience
Technical
Advanced Excel analysis:
Skilled in using Excel functions and building complex reports
Capable of automating tasks and efficiently managing large datasets
Able to perform modelling and forecasting using a wide array of inputs
Visualization tooling:
Highly proficient in PowerBI and other visualization tools with advanced data modelling
Able to design complex interactive dashboards, incorporating multiple data sources
Competent in PowerQuery for data cleaning and transformation of data sets
Business Acumen
Strong understanding of core business drivers (finance KPIs, operational KPIs, customer satisfaction)
Familiar with P&L structure
Able to interpret data within context of these drivers and identify actionable insights
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
