What would you do? Identifying customer needs, presenting products or services, negotiating deals (renewals/upsell/cross sale), and building relationships to drive sales and achieve business goals.
What are we looking for? 1.Lead Generation & Qualification:
•Prospecting:
Identifying, reaching out to potential customers who could benefit from the technical solutions being offered.
•Customer Research:
Thoroughly researching potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
•Lead Qualification:
Determining which prospects are genuinely interested and have the ability to purchase the solution.
2.Needs Assessment & Solution Proposal:
•Discovery & Communication:
Engaging with prospects to understand their specific needs, pain points, and business goals.
•Technical Expertise:
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the technical solutions and how they can address customer challenges.
•Presenting Solutions:
Crafting and delivering compelling presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of the solutions.
3.Negotiation & Closing:
•Contract Negotiation: Working with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements on pricing, terms, and other contractual details.
•Overcoming Objections: Addressing and resolving any concerns or hesitations raised by the client.
•Closing the Deal: Successfully securing the agreement and moving the prospect into the client stage.
4. Must have technical/software sales experience
A seller should have experience working in a fast paced, challenging environment
