BabyMD is a complete, round-the-clock paediatric chain of clinics for new-age parents, with a bunch of services all under one roof. We offer holistic paediatric wellness solutions through our physical clinics & telemedicine, focusing on not just the child, but also the parents. Some of our services include consultation, vaccinations, development assessment, therapies, lactation & nutrition and many more. We have 2 clinics so far & plan to launch 4 more clinics in the next 3 months.


Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Lead at BabyMD will be responsible for leading the inside sales team, driving lead-to-customer conversions, and scaling sales performance. This role will involve overseeing the entire sales process from lead management to ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as collaborating with various teams to improve sales strategies.The Inside Sales Lead will work closely with the CXO to drive monthly targets, and continuously improve customer experiences.This is a full-time, work from office role based out of Bangalore.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales:
    • Manage and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve monthly lead conversion targets.
    • Own & drive improvements in metrics like lead to customer conversion, first call TAT, call quality score etc.
    • Track outbound calling & ensure no missed calls to convert leads into clinic appointments or other services
    • Drive customer retention through cross-selling and up-selling of BabyMD services such as vaccinations, therapies, & many others.
    • Establish and refine sales processes by
      • Improving sales pitch & drive quality of calls
      • Auditing & giving 1:1 feedback to team & drive excellence
      • Design operational SOPs ex. timely follow-ups, accurate data capturing etc
    • Collaborate with an offline team to drive sales in our camps in societies, pre-schools etc.
    • Wear a sales hat & be agile in experimenting what drives customer conversion
    • Propose new initiatives to enhance performance and meet company-wide targets.
  • Lead Management:
    • Own the CRM management process: monitor the accurate entry of lead information, lead journey tracking, and interactions
    • Design & drive CRM process optimization & ensure each lead is being reached out to enough no. of times as per designed process
    • Optimize follow-up processes and ensure the timely closure of all pending leads.
    • Implement best practices for using tools like the Dialer & WhatsApp lead communication & engagement
  • Collaboration & Feedback:
    • Collaborate with clinic staff, digital marketing team, and offline growth teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and provide a seamless customer experience.
    • Derive consumer insights from the calls & pass on the important insights to the marketing teams to improve lead quality
    • Work closely with the product team to drive improvements in CRM, Dialers, and other sales tools to boost efficiency.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Track daily sales performance metrics at overall & agent level, for ex. lead conversion, first call TAT, call quality score
    • Daily reporting on sales numbers to CXO
    • Meet & exceed individual monthly sales targets and assist in achieving overall company targets.
