Job Description: Inside Sales Lead Generation
Position Title: Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Gurugram
Role Duties & Requirements
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the Client Solutions Head and Sales team to identify target companies that could sponsor syndicated programmes, research, and events.
• Inside Sales Strategy: Assist in creating a framework for inside sales/pre-sales strategies and compile target lists. Verify and refine the lists with the Lead Inside Sales to ensure accuracy.
• Lead Generation Activities:
o Conduct direct mailing and calling campaigns to generate potential prospects for Compass Group’s services.
o Follow up on leads via phone and email to solicit feedback and gauge interest in services.
o Set up meetings for the outside sales team to pitch the company’s offerings.
• Telephonic Sales & Survey Participation:
o Generate leads primarily over the phone, speaking with international respondents to persuade them to participate in our research surveys.
o Guide respondents through questionnaires, capturing their responses efficiently.
• Research and Lead Sourcing:
o Perform secondary research to generate leads using a variety of tools, directories, and websites.
o Focus on B2B lead generation to ensure high-quality prospects for the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telesales (B2B experience is preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
