We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Engineer Who will be responsible for selling Alfa Laval transactional products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers

The position / About the Job:

Job Description

Key Tasks : Viscoline Global Sales Support

• Support SC’s with product expertise and quotations.
• Participate in customer meetings for scope clarification
• Prepare the factory order specifications and support during the ordering process
• Support the claim resolution process
• Provide training to the sales organization in products and applications.
• Prepare and update the training material, product and application presentations.
• Visit on-demand sales companies, channels, system builders, customers and suppliers;
• Follow our competitor's activities and market trends
• Take an active part in the development of promotion material together with the MARCOM.
• Optimize the workflow, internally (i.e order handling procedure) and externally (technical documentation to sub-suppliers) 

Knowledge:

• BE / B. Tech Chemical / Food Technology Preferred

Skills:

• 2+ years of work experience in Designing heat exchanger / Viscoline
• Experience in Iside sales / Product and Application

Attitude:

• Structured and systematic approach.
• Orientation on high quality and standards of work results.
• Team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Eager to share knowledge and experience with others.
• Customer-orientation and effective in cooperation.
• Self-driven and responsible also for others.
