Inside Sales Associate

Position Overview:

Supreme Forex is looking for a motivated and proactive Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle both incoming and outbound queries, totaling between 80 and 120 inquiries daily, with a strong focus on maximizing conversions. This position involves full responsibility for end-to-end sales—from the first point of contact through to conversion. We’re seeking someone who can take ownership of customer conversion rates, consistently meet or exceed targets, and contribute to the overall sales success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Incoming & Outbound Calls: Manage high volumes of both inbound and outbound queries daily, providing fast, professional, and knowledgeable responses to potential clients.
• Conversion-Focused Sales Strategy: Take full ownership of the customer journey, working to convert inquiries into active, satisfied clients, aligning with Supreme Forex’s business goals.
• End-to-End Sales Management: Guide clients from initial inquiry through the entire sales cycle, ensuring each step maximizes conversion potential and addresses client needs effectively.
• Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients, build rapport, understand their financial needs, and offer tailored solutions to position Supreme Forex as their preferred choice.
• Daily Sales Tracking & Follow-up: Track daily interactions and conversion rates using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Product Expertise: Stay current with Supreme Forex’s products, services, and industry trends to confidently answer client questions and position our offerings accurately.
• Meet Conversion & Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets, directly contributing to Supreme Forex’s growth and success.
